Kenyan premier league side Bandari FC have sacked Rwandan coach Andre Casa Mbungo following a string of poor results. Bandari FC who were earlier in the season among the title contenders are without a win in their last seven games as they have drawn four and lost three which includes back to back defeats against Tusker FC. The management of the club are not happy with the performance of Mbungo and have therefore dismissed him through mutual agreement with his assistant Anthony Kimani taking over the team. Mbungo joined Bandari in January last year and helped the team to third place in the league at the end of the 2020/2021 season with the club playing some delightful football under his tutelage. He previously coached AS Kigali, SC Kiyovu, Police FC, Gasogi United and also Kenyan giants AFC Leopards.
