Editor,REFERENCE IS made to the story, “Kigali summit adopts Smart Africa Manifesto”, published in The New Times on November 1.It’s a big success to host that important international summit (Transform Africa 2013) in Rwanda. What is required now is a quick close follow-up on the implementation of the meeting’s outcomes and timely reporting. Otherwise, as long as documents are kept in cupboards and not acted on, then poverty bites more and the “HAVES” continue on their faster trek of development leaving Africa poor as usual.Kato Rwanda
