Kibungo Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Education volleyball (Inatek) club have signed former U21 Rwanda international player, right attacker Aimable Mutuyimana. Sports analysts say this development is a strong statement that the team is positioning to become a major force in the national league.Mutuyimana who signed a one-year contract with Inatek last week will start his tenure at the club at the start of the next season due to start in January.This will be the second time that Mutuyimana will be playing for Inatek. Five years ago, he featured for the Ngoma-based club before joining Kigali Volleyball Club in 2010 and in 2011; he joined APR where he has played for the last two seasons.Inatek’s head coach Dominic Sesonga Ntawangundi confirmed the development.“His presence will boost our team’s chances of winning the league title next season. Apart from Mutuyimana, we are in talks with different other talented players in bid to have a good squad next season,” added the former St Alloys coach.Other players who are in talks with Inatek include Richard Muhirwa ‘Sungu Sungu’ and Jean Claude ‘Sisqo’ Hatungimana.The Volleyball league is supposed to start in January according to the Rwanda Volleyball Federation.
