Genocide survivors among a million lifted out of poverty

Editor, for sure, this is the kind of story that both national and international media should relay more often. Because it is not about just one person’s much improved living conditions –which is satisfying in itself – but about the many additional anonymous ones, who have been able to take advantage of programmes and policies designed by the Government of Rwanda to lift Rwandans out of poverty.
