Millennium villages model is making a difference

Editor, Evil will always triumph if good men continuously and deliberately do nothing. American economics expert Prof. Jeffrey D Sachs (Director of The Earth Institute, Columbia University) has for sure had many critics who have indeed, as pointed out by Mr Felly Kimenyi (in his article, Rwanda’s Millennium Village Programme is a success story, The New Times, September 26), not proposed any alternative solution to the world challenges that Prof. Sachs is trying to help address.
