It’s okay to marry an older man

Editor,After reading the story, “What is in a marriage age gap?” published in the Society Magazine of The New Times on September 20, I want to remind fellow ladies that “the older the man, the better for your marriage”.Most men get stronger sexually as they grow older, they can last longer in the game. Older men also have financial stability which is very needed for a family; a starving family is not good for any woman and her kids.Furthermore, older men will take you as their treasure. Because you are so much younger, they consider you a jewel and see it as a favour to have accepted to marry them; they will give you whatever you ask for and will love you as if you are their child or even a little better because of what you are providing to them. They find your body is so beautiful compared to their wrinkled one.They will tell you the old times stories and sound so informed and so wise to you that you will respect them for it. Older men will quickly notice when you have a problem and wisely find a quick solution.Once married to you, older men will be very faithful because they have seen it all before and have learnt from experience of earlier mistakes.Diane Fufa, Kigali
