Rwanda’s pair selected from this year’s Copa Coca Cola schools championship depart tomorrow for the Coca Coca Cola football stars boot camp in Pretoria, South Africa.Dominique Savio Nshuti, a student of Nyarugenge-based Akumunigo secondary school and Mustafa Nsengiyumva from Rubavu-based Anglican SS were selected as the two best talented players in this year’s national U-17 championship, which was won by Anglican SS.According to Rwanda School Sports Federation’s Exective Secretary Florent Rwigema, it is a chance for the youngsters to learn more, improve, exchange and empower themselves with the best across the continent.“As it has been the case for other youngsters in previous years, this is a dream opportunity for Nshuti and Nsengiyumva to also pass through the prestigious Copa Coca-Cola camp of football stars,” Rwigema told this paper.Other Rwandans, who have passed through the same camp, include APR players like Emery Bayisenge, Yannick Mukunzi and Jacques Cyubahiro.In 2011, Eric Uwiragiye and Pasteur Mucyo were the best two players, who went for the camp, while Djuma Nizeyimana and Amerika Kalisa underwent a similar camp in 2012.This year’s boot camp will take place at TUKS Sports Campus in Pretoria, South Africa from September 8 to 15.
