Rwandan entertainment continues to deliver showbiz news and gossip like never before. Rwandan music star Christopher is set to perform in different cities of the US after a successful Europe tour while producer Junior Multisystem was laid to rest last week. DJ Dizzo breaks silence on his sickness During the ‘Ally Soudy and Friends Live Show’ which took place at the former Camp Kigali on August 5, DJ Dizzo who has been fighting throat cancer for the past four years, was among the celebrities called on the stage to interact with the audience. DJ Dizzo started trending when he started a ‘gofundme’ to raise money for a plane ticket to return back home and pay for hospital bills. Doctors had told him that he had only 90 days to live. He however started getting criticism when 90 days passed, and was spotted partying on several occasons. During the show, he was asked how he reacts to people who always attack him for still being alive, and he said, “It always makes me sad whenever I hear about it. Imagine, I am turning 25 this August and people wish me dead, I feel so heartbroken.” He also revealed that he is expecting to have a baby soon. Producer Junior Mutltisystem laid to rest Last week, Rwandan artistes and friends joined the family of Junior Multisystem to bid farewell to the late producer. The iconic producer was laid to rest in a burial ceremony held on Wednesday, August 2, at Rusororo cemetery, Gasabo District. The 30- year- old producer, real name Jean Luc Karamuka, passed away on July 27, after a long illness that resulted from an accident in March 2018, that led to his arm being amputated. He is among the pioneers of music production in Rwanda. Christopher announces US tour After achieving another milestone for having a successful tour in the UK and Europe, Rwanda’s Zouk star Christopher Muneza has already confirmed that he will soon start performing in different major cities of the United States of America starting from September. It will not be Christopher’s first performance in the western world. The musician has been performing back to back in Europe from Brussels Belgium, to Lyon, France and many other big cities of Europe and Africa.
