Editor,This is a commendable strategy by Transparency International Rwanda. Graft still exists in some public institutions, including local government offices, as you rightly put it.I strongly suggest that TI Rwanda increases awareness campaigns through the media so that every Rwandan is aware of all these avenues put in place to report corruption.Also, I think that they can work with those institutions where corruption is still prevalent to help stamp out this vice.
