Dear editor,As an obedient tax payer it’s not my place to decide on how funds should be accounted for but I can comment as need be. The huge sums of aid and funds that are donated to Rwanda to facilitate various government sectors and projects should be taken seriously. Though Rwanda is not one of the most corrupt countries, it must be more strict and tough on corrupt officials. Global Fund given to eradicate or prevent diseases like malaria should always be accounted for. Kimisagara
