Dear editor,I was saddened by the death of five RDF soldiers, who were killed recently in Darfur. The so-called rebels in the desert can be dangerous if treated with kid gloves. Therefore, RDF should not stick to the UN limitations in terms of reaction, when they are attacked. They should instead be prepared to react vigorously whenever their lives are threatened, a thing we are sure they are capable of doing. It is with such preparedness that we shall no longer see our soldiers die. In any case, they are there to help those people live longer and not to die. NYAMIRAMBO
