If your partner demands for a paternity test, would you agree? (If I have nothing to hide, why not?)

Women can be really shady when they want to be. I have heard countless stories about men raising kids they think are theirs only to find out much later in life that they belong to someone else. I know it doesn’t say a lot about trust but if my man needs to confirm that his DNA actually runs through the toddler running around, then its fine by me.Only sneaky and deceitful women would make foolish noise or complaints when the husband demands for a paternity test. In the first place, he has the right to know. If the test will make him comfortable then he can go right ahead. If I have nothing to hide then there’s nothing to worry about, right?When he finds out that he is in fact the father, it would only reinforce the trust he has in me. However, because situations like these are quite uncomfortable, after he is done confirming his DNA, we will sit and talk about what compelled him to do it in the first place. It’s no fun being with a guy who doesn’t trust you and asking for a DNA test is one way to show it.I probably would put into consideration the fact that if he was cheated on before, it is now embedded in his mind that all women are cheats. You can’t blame a guy for being cautious, can you? It might not even be about trust, but just a way for him to prove that I am not anything like his cheating ex.Trust is not demanded, it’s earned. If he tests the first time and is happy with the results, with time, I will earn his trust and prove to him that faithful women still exist.Women need to understand something; instead of getting angry that he asked for a paternity test, find out what brought him to that decision. There is always a reason. A man can’t just wake up one day and demand for a paternity test! You can’t force him to trust you, so give him what he wants and continue with life. Only a shady woman demands for trust from her husband. Trust is based on the things that we do, so before we get mad at not being trusted, how about we find out why?
