Monusco should be held responsible for cover-up
Editor,Why are we surprised at Monusco’s preposterous denial of easily observable facts? These “military tourists” (in the words of President Museveni) have consistently bent, deformed, or completely denied crimes they or their FARDC allies have committed over the many years this so-called peacekeeping force has been in the DRC.
