UN brigade is aiding FDLR-Congo alliance

On the basis of what it says is credible, reliable and detailed information, the Government of Rwanda accuses Monusco – or at least its Force Intervention Brigade component; which is really the same thing as it is part of the same entity – of being in cahoots with the FDLR and providing close support to FDLR-infested FARDC in the war against M23, and Monusco claims it has no evidence of those accusations.
