Dear Editor, Recently my father came home insisting that we all write our national identity details insinuating that our “umudugudu” demands to know members of each household. This is a way to follow up attendance of umuganda. As a matter of fact I was very impressed owing to the fact that many Rwandans miss out on such gatherings pretending to be working or sick. Dodging is easy when everyone imagines that they are not really known by the Umuganda heads. I believe this will enable all of us to do our chores that are aimed at general cleanliness thus national development. Kicukiro
