East African Community has plenty of experience to learn from Rwanda
Editor,Rwanda’s story might be different from that of the other East African region in terms of gravity and intensity of horrible massacres that ravaged the country and claimed more than a million innocent lives during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, but I think that we [our countries] are the same in one way or another.
