Tuesday;Unfortunately, this diary starts on Tuesday. So we shall roll it this way. Every Tuesday, pack your lunch. It saves you both cost and the junk habit.Wednesday;Give mealtime the focus it deserves. This thing of eating while watching TV or reading, etc, you end up consuming too much junk stuff. Focus can cut that. So every Wednesday, no TV at dining time.Thursday; The only day laziness is an excuse to be busy. Try the laziness scrip with your plates by not packing too much during self-service. If you are being served, just ask for little.Friday; This is the most anticipated day of the week. You are probably going to go out and drink and eat and eat... just don’t do junk during lunch and end up with more junk during your outing.Saturday; How about we play some games today? Exercise will help. Do more exercise today than allowing that snacks dealer to say “buy three, get one free”. Such sales gimmicks are tempting but your health is the one at risk. Just resist that temptation.Sunday;Today is the best day to clean the home. Ensure there is no junk in the refrigerator or anywhere in the house. Consider junks as just that–junks.Monday; The most boring day of the week, full of blues. I shall permit a junks blues, whatever that is. That’s why today’s column is junk. You read this far, you might not be junk but you are a consumer of junks. Stop junks, please....
