Ndahayo joins La Jeunesse, Mvuyekure wanted by Rayon

Former Police striker Eric Ndahayo has signed for youthful side La Jeunesse after agreeing to a two year-deal for undisclosed fee.“I have signed for them (La Jeunesse) after agreeing everything and they gave me a good offer, so I decided to leave Police because my contract was up,” Ndahayo told Saturday Sport.He added, “I think La Jeunesse is best team for me to join, I have been doing well for Police when I get the chance to play but at this stage of my career, I need to be playing regularly, so by joining La Jeunesse, it will give the opportunity to get more playing time.”Last week, La Jeunesse head coach Godfrey Okoko confirmed his interest in signing the striker as he bids to strengthen his squad ahead of the start of next season.Meanwhile, AS Kigali goalkeeper Emery Mvuyekure is in talks with the Primus league champions Rayon Sports although nothing has been agreed yet.He said, “I have asked my team (AS Kigali) to let me go, but I am still waiting for their response. I hope they will let me move on and get the chance to play in continental competitions.”In a related development, former Mukura goalkeeper, Regis Aime Ingabire has joined AS Kigali for an undisclosed fee.Recently, La Jeunesse signed the former U17 goalkeeper, Marcel Nzarora from Rayon Sports in a two-year deal up to the end of 2015.
