Can you stand a guy who tight- marks you? (It’s all love and affection)

Sometimes I don’t understand human psychology. If a man doesn’t call his woman to find out what she is doing, where she is, or how her day is, she will say that the man does not care about her. But when he calls her every hour to check up on her, she complains that he is tight-marking her and she needs some breathing space. Please my fellow women try to draw a line and define what exactly it is you want in a relationship. If you don’t mind being monitored then that’s great but if you prefer living like a single woman then find someone who will let you be. Men are not mind readers so he won’t know that he is choking you with affection and concern.I’m puzzled by people who say that a possessive man has trust issues. If you think a man trying to ‘mark his boundaries’ is annoying, try dating one who does not care where you have been or even notice that you are in the room and then tell me who you would prefer. I believe everyone is protective of the one they love. And if your man is being protective, it means he loves you. Tight marking is done out of love and affection. Personally, I don’t mind a man who gives me all the attention in the world even if it means calling me each minute to find out how I’m doing or to ask about my schedule because he has the right to and deserves to know. Being protective is healthy for any relationship because it is a reminder of a person’s affection for you. I once listened to a friend lamenting about how her relationship was choking her because her boyfriend was following her everywhere and she needed some space. My advice to her was to end the relationship. Three months down the road, she started dating again and the guy was the opposite of her ex boyfriend. She then wished for her dotting ex! At times you never know how great and happy someone makes you until they are gone. Therefore before you judge him for being too affectionate try to think of a woman who has a man that ignores her completely! Walk a mile in her shoes before you complain about being showered with affection.
