I had a mail from one man complaining about his boisterous wife. This is a woman who makes all decisions in the home and even does what she wants, taking advantage because her partner is a polite man. But then, such things are bound to happen if you as a man do not step up and do what you are supposed to as the man of the house. The sooner you do this the better, do this immediately you enter into a relationship.Take responsibility This is one thing that should be done before you walk down the aisle. Position yourself so well that you do not have problems in the near future. Men are men because they are known for their strong character, therefore crying and running away from a problem will not solve it. Be the manBe self-reliant, be disciplined, be trustworthy, be the caretaker. Don’t be one of those that depend on the woman to be the bread winner. It does not matter if your wife earns a million dollar more than you do. Take charge and do what you can, after all who said that a man has to pay all the bills. Share out the bills and do not feel inferior even one time. Otherwise you do this once, and you will never have a say in your marriage ever again.These are not the only defined roles for a man, there are many more. But with the emancipation and gender parity, you have to enter into union having had discussed these issues with your partner. Never agree to be bought off by a woman, no matter her stand in the society.Agree to the relationship because you love her, not because of her money or family. Because if you marry a woman who knows that you went to her because of what she has; she will be the one pulling the strings in your relations and there will be nothing you will do about it. If you happen to date a much better positioned lady, just make sure to spell it out very early in your relationship about who wears the pants in that relationship, lest you are made to wear a skirt.
