I would like to appreciate the work done by the Police especially the traffic police; however, I would also like publicly to air out my grievances over the conduct of some policemen. Of late, I have tried to monitor the way policemen behave on roads and I have been disappointed by the behaviour of these law enforcers. If you observe, we have very many police cars that sometimes are not put to proper use. They are the same cars that you will find over speeding and none of these over speeding vehicles are stopped. I am wondering whether the police are above the law or are indispensable that they can break the law with impunity.I believe something can be done and be done as fast as possible. Kacyiru
