I am writing to express my support to members of National Council for Higher Education (NCHE), for their positive move to get ride of fake universities in our midst. The NCHE action to investigate whether all operation universities in the country have capacity to deliver high and quality education is indeed good news to all right thinking members of our society. Parents pay school fees from their meagre resources and therefore, the universities should in turn deliver better services in line with international standards. I appeal to the council to close down all universities that do not have the requirements to give value for money to our kids. Parents know very well that some private universities are profit orientated and rendering services becomes their secondary option. Concerned Parent Kacyiru
