Chantal, 25.Dear Chantal, Migraine is a problem for which though there is some susceptibility but attacks usually occur due to mental stress. The best way to prevent it is to learn to relax. Learn not to bother about trivial things. Yoga and meditation help one to obtain relaxation. Drinking good amount of water helps. Some foods such as chocolates, cheese, deep-fried substances, etc can trigger migraine, hence should be avoided. Avoid alcohol and excess coffee is also helpful. Eat whole grains and supplements of Vitamin B Complex.
