Editor,I congratulate Father Antoine Kambanda for attracting the wise decision of the Holy Pontiff to appoint him the Bishop of Kibungo Diocese. I am deeply humbled by his rise to that important and respected spiritual office. There couldn’t have been any better choice than a humble, young, brilliant and, above all, God-fearing servant and elite Rwandan citizen.
