Prices of Irish potatoes up, sugar, rice stable
The price of Irish potatoes has risen by Rwf20 across all the major city markets. According to the mini survey conducted by Business Times a kilogramme of Irish potatoes is now at Rwf170 from Rwf150 in Kimihurura, Kimironko and Nyabugogo markets following a land slide in Gashenyi sector in Gakenke district on Friday. Gakenke is a major supplier of Irish.
