Rutabingwa re- elected to law body
Athanase Rutabingwa who has been the president of Kigali Bar Association, was this Saturday re-elected as President of Kigali Bar Association for the next two-year term.
He defeated Pierre Célestin Buhuru with 87.04 per cent. Buhuru accepted the results from election and thanked the voters and said they would work together for unity and said it was a sign of democracy.
