Premier, Red Cross president discuss humanitarian affairs
Prime Minister Pierre Damien Habumuremyi receives Peter Maurer, the president of the International Committee of the Red Cross at his office on Thursday. As Rwanda holds the April presidency of the UN Security Council, Maurer said humanitarian issues should be considered at the UNSC.
