Dear editor,There are so many new ways of boosting the tourism industry in Rwanda. Through awareness and advertisements, people get to know what Rwanda has to offer and this attracts tourists and the like. Hotels and other accommodation facilities upcountry where tourists stay must however, be up to the required standards. In some cases you find some of our hotels still behind. Now with the introduction of the first Tourism and Hotel management school in Rwanda, this problem should not last for long. A school like this is a sign that the poor customer care in Rwanda is not a long way from improving. The inefficiency associated with hotels, lodges and motels should be history in order for the tourism industry to boost. RUHENGERI
