Kagame’s exceptional speech should awaken Africa
Editor, This is a great speech from a typical Pan-Africanist; a speech most other leaders do not attempt to air out for fear of condemnation by the so-called “our masters that we ought to pay our allegiance.” Masters whose motives are to keep Africans in perpetual servitude.
