Dear editor,I must say that the way relatives of prisoners have been visiting them was in a so disorganized way. They come in masses carrying raw and cooked food, a thing that may even endanger the prisoners themselves. The food might be, either intentionally or unintentionally contaminated. It is therefore upon the incumbent authorities to forge a better way for the prisoners to have their friends and relatives visit them. It is a challenge they must work on, for the good of all Rwandans. NYAMAGABE
