The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) has recognised 13 students, who excelled in the 2012 Certified Public Accounting exams.The students were rewarded with certificates and laptops at an event that attracted ICPAR members and students.“These students’ achievement can be realised by any other student, who is determined and committed to studies. “You also have to aim higher and know the value of education,” said Obadiah Biraro, the Auditor General, while speaking at the award-giving function in Kigali recently.Biraro urged students to join the profession, saying there were still skills gaps in the sector.
