Rwanda is a regional food basket, says Kalibata
In just five years since the launch of ambitious initiatives such as Crop Intensification Programme, Rwanda has moved from being a food importer to a regional food basket, the Minister of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Dr Agnes Kalibata, has said.
