ICTR acquittals a miscarriage of justice

Editor,What a shame for ICTR to miscarry justice against humanity? We have seen what the international community is capable of. Is it because the 1994 Genocide happened in Rwanda and Africa so it does not seem to matter at all?Justin Mugenzi is a man who betrayed his concience and was bribed by the genocidal regime to pay his debts in exchange for putting into practice the Hutu power ideologies and Tutsi hatred. How could he then have been declared innocent? It is a shame and miscarriage of justice by the international community again, just like their withdrawal of their forces at ETO KICUKIRO in Kigali, where 50,000 innocent souls seeking shelter were murdered in cold blood by the likes of Mugenzi and Prosper Mugiraneza, who are being unduly acquitted. Rwandans might be a small nation but not a small-minded society. The two genocidaires might have been released but the guilt they carry will haunt them to their graves.
