It is so often said that: you get what you bargained for. The whole of Third World People, believe that Americans or the West (in the broader sense) have the best justice system. It is time to question the Western justice. ICTR appointed an American to head the Court of Appeal whereas this fellow believes, according to his Western norms, that RTLM radio’s messages to kill Tutsi, constitutes freedom of expression.
