I am a loyal traveller with your bus company, but (I have unfortunately noted that) some of your staff members are arrogant, careless, selfless and really big liars. I bet you are working on it. An example is the bus that left Kigali for Kampala on Saturday 02/02/13 at 6.00 pm local time. It rained and the whole bus was flooded; hence it was appropriately renamed “Nyakatsi” by the passengers.
