How about a demarcated bus-lane to avert traffic jams?
Editor, From my personal experience, traffic jams around Rwandex and Sonatubes sections along the Remera — city centre highway are certainly due to the volume of cars, but more importantly the buses that just stop anywhere on the road to try to pick up passengers.
