Who would you dump?

Drop the back stabber of a friend face down! A friend is always supposed to protect you from getting hurt; in fact, they are the ones that have your back when you need it the most. There is no amount of temptation that justifies the liaison between a guy and his girl’s best friend! I believe that with the core values of friendship, cheating is not acceptable, especially if you know that your friend is head over heels in love with her boyfriend. Just like it’s commonly said friendship isn’t about whom you have known the longest but it’s about who came, and never left your side. Best friends are supposed to stay by your side - not thrust a 10 inch knife in your back by sleeping with your boyfriend. This kind of treachery is simply unacceptable. How do I walk around thinking I have a best friend whom I can rely on at all times only to find her neatly tucked away in my boyfriend’s arms? This is a replica of the story of Judas Iscariot, I’m sure most people are familiar with it. If you are not I suggest you watch The Passion of Christ and refresh your memory. It’s one thing to cheat but cheating with another’s best friend is insane! Some women and quote me right, some women (excluding myself) have come to terms with the fact that most men are cheats. I believe my best friend knows exactly how I feel about the guy and so she has no business chopping off the wings of the butterflies I feel in my tummy every time I glance at that man I love to bits. If I caught her, I would drop that back stabber of a friend in a heartbeat. I would not wish to experience this but if I found my best friend ‘getting busy’ with my partner, the first thing that would go through my traumatised mind is the look on her face the first time I told her I had met the love of my life. As a girl, when my friends tell me about potential guys they have met, I shout and jump around like I just won the lottery. How then do I start getting the hots for the same dude? There is a common saying that a stranger stabs you in the front; a friend stabs you in the back; a boyfriend stabs you in the heart, but best friends only poke each other with straws and a best friend cheating with your boyfriend can’t be even remotely compared to poking you with a straw.
