Rwandan teenager Noe Uwimana has joined Virginia Tech Hookies FC from Philadelphia Union. Uwimana, 18, penned a two-year deal with the club which is owned by Virginia Tech University as he continues his football development. The contract will be active effective August 1, 2023 when the US mid-season transfer window opens.
