New art centre opens in Kibagabaga
The opening of the City Arts Centre in Kibagabaga is great news for the art-lovers out there. Located about 200 metres from Kibagabaga Hospital, the centre, which opened last week, aims to be the place where imaginative, inventive ideas can be brought to light.
