Who’s using who?

Some friends of mine told me that they weren’t too happy with the way I write about their true life issues, which I completely understand. I’d be mad too if someone chose to air my funny matters – but then again, it’s not my fault that they have so much drama – and if there is one thing I live for, it is drama.So this chick I know went out with a guy for over a year without so much as flashing a boob for him. The guy seemed a little too good to be true as most men demand some hanky panky within minutes of knowing a woman.He showered her with gifts and other silly things. He was special – at least that is what she said. After a year of dinner dates, expensive gifts and dropping her off without any naughty suggestions, she finally gave in.He was special alright! I still cannot believe how fast that dude forgot her existence after that. I’d like to think she had issues down there but then, she’d dated guys before and none of them seemed to have a problem.She insisted the guy had used her, which I found funny seeing as she never turned down a single gift he gave her. She enjoyed the way he surprised her with something new every time they met. Not once did she tell him she wasn’t comfortable with him spending money on her that way, yet when he finally got what he truly wanted, she cut about ten wires and called him a ‘user’.We never heard of that ‘special’ man again, but if memory serves me correct, a friend bumped into him with another ‘victim’ firmly attached to his arm. Here’s the thing, men want sex…it’s no secret, and women love gifts and other fancy things…that’s no secret either. The way I see it, when the two are combined, there is no such thing as so and so used the other. So, for any woman wondering whether to give up her goods to a man she thinks is ‘special’…should you choose to do it, do not waste time regretting the episode afterwards. It’s either that or three simple words – iron underpants!It is really that simple; just go to some good mechanic with your measurements and a padlock! It might be uncomfortable at first but I’m sure that with time, you get used to the situation. Otherwise, if you give up the goods and a man heads for the hills shortly after, be a real ninja and act like you aren’t moved even one bit by his actions. That is way better than boring people with tales of being used!
