Editor,Holiday celebrations provoke conflicting emotions for people facing hardships, personal loss and violent neighbourhoods. Therefore our parish (OLPH) has been offering prayers at all the Masses with a special encouragement to all those “burdened” by such lingering pain that: Jesus Christ was born precisely because our lives are not yet perfect.
