Ferwafa Chief Executive Officer, Jules Kalisa told Times Sport yesterday that Omonio faxed the local football body requesting the defender to return for club duty in Cyprus. “It is true Ndikumana is wanted by his club but that can’t be possible at this time with the 2010 World/Africa Cup qualifiers underway. “I talked to Omonio manager Nedim Dudic about Katauti’s release and everything has been settled,” Kalisa said. Kalisa further added that according to Fifa rules in the ongoing qualifiers, a player is allowed to return to his club at the end of the on-going qualifiers. “Ndikumana will return back for his club after Rwanda’s second leg fixture away to Morocco on June 21,” Kalisa confirmed.
