Rubavu based Etincelles has agreed contract terms with Congolese-born coach Safari Buni aka Brazilian to take over the coaching role of the club after sacking Rajab Bizimuremyi two months ago.Etincelles Chairman Christian Dukuze confirmed the development yesterday. He said the former Rayon Sport coach is an experienced tactitian who knows Rwandan football well.“We have agreed terms with Safari but are yet to conclude on small details which we will wind up before the end of this week to enable him sign a long-term contract with the club and start his task right away,” “With his experience, I believe he will revamp the club,” Dukuze said.Etincelles is placed thirteenth with five points in nine matches played this season in the Primus National Football League. The former Confederation Cup representatives started this season with an ambition of finishing in the top four but the mission increasingly looks unattainable following the club’s poor start.Rajab Bizumuremyi was relieved of his duties after poor back-to-back performances that haveleft the club struggling in the relegation zone.A few weeks later, his assistant coach Mohamed Ntibatega resigned from his duties, citing personal reasons.
