Editor,I am an advocate for privacy and I believe that people’s privacy should be guaranteed by the law. Recently there was news about a phone tapping bill, now comes SIM card registration. Can the concerned authority enlighten the public more about this. Instead of threatening to disconnect the SIM cards in six months if not registered, tell us why we should do it. May be you have strong reason and the public will comply in a shorter time. We are fed up with threats, there must be some other way to influence change.Concerned Rwandan.
