We want to be competing in African club competitions every year.“We want to enforce the law, bring back confidence and trust in our fans, reinforce structures, work on our vision and phase out bad management viruses,” said Murenzi.Murenzi further added that strong administrative structures and a well managed team will help Rayon Sport return to its trophy-winning culture which was last witnessed in late 2005 when they won the Peace Cup.Among the plans contained in the 2013-15 vision, the blues will focus on building a strong football academy, build a stadium for the club, look for long-term sponsors as well as establish money generating activities for the club so as to be self-sustainable.Before the end of January, the club management is planning to secure a bus for the team, equipment and recruit three Rwandan-born players to bolster their defense and midfield.
