I am so worried by the increasingly dangerous situation in eastern DR Congo where Kinyarwanda-speaking people continue to be targeted in state-sponsored violence.Yet these targeted communities constitute 99 per cent of the population in Rutsuru and Masisi regions. If the Congolese government continues with this hate campaign and xenophobic attacks, I am afraid the consequences will be dire. It will be disastrous for both the innocent civilians but also the government. This nonsense must be brought to an end.(Reaction to the story, Congolese refugees continue to flee to Rwanda, The New Times, December 20).Kenny Kambari, Kampala
