We want to give every chance available to this crop of players so they can improve their competitive edge,”“We are taking this game seriously and we believe a good result will help raise their confidence as well as our rankings on the world rankings.”“Playing against Angola, which is ranked 84th, is a chance for the team to prove that even though we didn’t qualify for Africa Nations’ Cup, we are still a good team,” said Micho, adding that the team is ready and positive ahead of the game.Relishing the challenge, skipper Haruna Niyonzima said Angola will give Amavubi a perfect test ahead of the World Cup qualifiers.“We need tough assignments like this one for we have a daunting task ahead, I hope Angola will give us the desired experience,” he said.Amavubi will embark on the World Cup qualifiers in March, next year, when they face Mali, Algeria and Benin. Amavubi have never qualified for the World Cup finals and are poorly placed in Group H. They sit bottom of the table with one point, three adrift of leaders Benin.Angola is in Group A of the CAN 2013 together with South Africa, Cape Verde and Morocco.
