Dear editor, I am amazed at how clean and organized Kigali city is. I find it amusing to walk beside well paved roads without worrying that a taxi or boda-boda is going to knock me any minute. The diligence with which the city council is ensuring that all the roads are cleaned in the morning is something you will not see in many developing countries. In some countries piles of rubbish on busy streets is appalling and disgusting. Every corner of a road welcomes you with huge pot holes and the journeys are always discomforting. This scenario cannot be met in Rwanda. All the streets are smooth and clean. There are always busy road workers fixing and repairing the roads. I think some countries should borrow some tips from the Rwandan government on how to repair and maintain roads. Kigali
