Editor,I can’t wait for the 10th Umushyikirano (National Dialogue) to get underway. These annual for a give citizens an opportunity to evaluate and interact with their leaders, with a view to improving service delivery across the country.Through Umushyikirano we, the ordinary people, get to understand better the direction the country is taking, the progress so far, and to ascertain our rightful role in the various development initiatives.I am looking forward to playing my part during the Dialogue through telephone call-ins, SMS, or even through Facebook and Twitter. You don’t get such a platform in many countries, and I urge fellow Rwandans to make the most of it.Peter Kabasha,Kabuga
