Rwanda international Lague Byiringiro scored twice on Thursday night as his side Sandviken IF thrashed Hammarby Talang 5-2 in the Swedish Ettan Norra League week 14 fixture at the Hammarby IP Stadium. Byiringiro came in for Sadat Abubakari in the 63rd minute and quickly exerted his influence in the game with a superb display as his side took total control. ALSO READ: Byiringiro opens his goal account for Sandvikens With Sandviken already 2-1 up through goals from Junior Igbarumah and Abubakari, Byiringiro netted the third for his side with a sublime finish in the 76th minute. The Rwandan forward back flicked a corner kick to the far net with his back facing the goal post. The goal which earned applause from both teams’ fans could easily be a goal of the season contender. Kristoffer Lepik reduced the deficit again for Hammarby Talang in the 88th minute to make it 3-2 before Byiringiro completed his brace with another fine striker in the 92nd minute to cushion his side into a 4-2 lead. Emil Hodin then scored the fifth for Sandviken in the 94th minute. The game ended 5-2 with the winners sitting second on the league table with 29 points.
